AYS PTR Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using All You Submitters hereinafter referred to as "AYS PTR", you, hereinafter referred to as "Member" agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. AYS may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address or AYS Site inbox provided upon signing up with AYS PTR. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the AYS PTR program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
Member must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program. AYS PTR program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws or if banned by the AYS PTR Program.
Member must be able to understand, read and write in English. This is required as 98% of AYS PTR advertisements are in English and Member must also be able to communicate with AYS PTR admin.
Member agrees to and must use his/her own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. Member may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Member computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing AYS PTR account....EVEN ONCE!
Cookies - Deletion or Blocking of harmless/informational cookies that AYS uses to track Member earnings and other necessary information will result in immediate deletion of Memberšs account, forfeiting all privileges and earnings accumulated.
Member will use his/her email address / password combination to access his/her account, it is Memberšs responsibility to keep this information confidential, Member may change this information by logging into his/her account and following the "User Account Info." link. Member is solely responsible for any and all use of his/her AYS PTR account including authorization by Member to any third party individual that may use the Memberšs account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by AYS PTR be detected it will result in membership termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in Memberšs account will be grounds for immediate termination.
AYS PTR does not support the practice of opening multiple windows for multiple programs. If Member is found to be opening Paid Emails from other PTR programs while reading and earning credit for Paid Emails in the AYS PTR program, either through Memberšs own admission or other various sources, Memberšs account will be suspended and earnings forfeit. Opening multiple Paid Emails in separate windows at the same time to let the timer "run out" on each ad in order to earn credit for that ad is also grounds for immediate termination. Member is paid to read the ads, not just open them.
Member must maintain his/her e-mail account that Member used when signing up with AYS PTR. Member agrees to receive e-mail advertising and Admin updates from AYS PTR. These may or may not be paid mails.
Member must stay active in this program. This requires logging into Memberšs account at least once every 15 days. Failure to do so will result in the closing of Memberšs account and the loss of Memberšs earnings.
In the event Memberšs e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from AYS PTR, Memberšs account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending AYS PTR gibberish, emails containing foul comments or threats will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
Member and the AYS PTR Program are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between Member and the AYS PTR Program or AYS. Member understands that he/she does not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of AYS. Member may not make any statement, whether on Memberšs site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. Member is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
The AYS PTR Program will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the AYS PTR program, even if AYS PTR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, AYS PTR aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to Member under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Member may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after he/she has entered his/her member ID in the area on the website provided by AYS PTR. Member may earn by referring new members to the AYS PTR program. Member will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by AYS PTR. All Members will be paid via Check or e-Gold for members outside of North America if they so choose. International members who request payment by e-Gold must provide proper identification before payment will be processed. (Please see visit this AYS forum thread for more details: http://www.allyousubmitters.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3943) AYS PTR will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by the AYS PTR Program ($50.00). Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made as revenue comes in. At minimum, seventy five percent (75%) of advertising revenue is paid directly to the AYS PTR membership. All accounts are checked thoroughly for fraudulent activity before checks are issued.
Redemptions (Advertising)
I - Any membership advertisement redemption for AYS GPTR program to AYS GPTR program will not be processed. The redemption will be null and void - NO REFUNDS
II - Advertising Redemptions for any other AYS member - other than self - will not be processed without prior written consent - NO REFUNDS - the membership will be subject to suspension.
III - All Membership Redemptions REQUIRE a complete and accurate "User account info" profile - if found to be incomplete or fraudulent, the Advertisement Redemption will not be processed & the membership will be subject to deletion.
IV - AYS does not permit the sale of Redemption Advertisements - they are for membership use ONLY.
V - Search ads or SAS ads that are redeemed for Paid Ad to All's will not be processed - NO REFUNDS. Any member that fraudulently changes their approved ad to a search site or SAS ad after the ad has been run, will have their membership Revoked.
VI - Non English Language website URL's will not be accepted - NO REFUNDS
VII - Any site that contains automatic downloads will not be accepted - NO REFUNDS
Vacation
Member may set his/her AYS PTR account on vacation for a maximum of thirty (30) days. If Member requires longer than thirty days, Member must have prior written permission from the Admin of AYS. After thirty days, Member must click at least one (1) email before setting his/her account on a further thirty days of vacation. This does not apply if Member has received prior permission to extend the thirty-day vacation limit.
Paid to Sign Up
AYS PTR does not allow members to gain referrals through a paid means. This includes paid to sign up, paying someone to join through a referral exchange or paying someone to join through a down line builder. If Member is found to be gaining referrals by offering a payment or any other form of compensation, Memberšs account will be suspended and earnings forfeit.
Forum Abuse
AYS PTR Admin fully supports the rights of members to express their opinions about the program. AYS PTR admin will not allow members to post any libelous statements, which may harm AYS PTR. The penalties that may result from forum abuse are one or more of the following: warning, monetary fine or account suspension with forfeiture of earnings.
Fraud Prevention
AYS PTR does not support any fraudulent activities. AYS PTR uses various means to detect fraudulent activities. These means may or may not be made public. AYS PTR reserves the right to use any means possible and available to prevent fraud.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with the AYS PTR Program and may result in legal prosecution. AYS strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. AYS may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent.
Multiple Accounts
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. AYS will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Earnings
Any member caught earning from Paid Emails that were sent before Memberšs sign up date will have his/her account suspended and earnings forfeit.
